HANSEBOOT HAMBURG

Hanseboot 2001

IWEMA enterprise was on the "Hanseboot 2001" in Hamburg to improve the availability of LPG systems and LPG filling stations in Europe.
We are working together with the major LPG and oil companies to build an infrastructure of LPG filling stations in harbours in Europe.
We have dealers who can install LPG systems in your boot.

To give you an impression of what is possible we have shown a small outboard engine at the "Hanseboot 2001".
Because the exhaust gases are very environmental friendly we were allowed to let this engine run inside the exhibition building.

This photo shows an example of an LPG converted boat.
The engine of the boat is a VOLVO PENTA V8 engine which produces over 300bhp on LPG.

Filling the tanks can be done within minutes with the external filler, so you won't have to carry petrol in fuel cans to your boot and you can sail for half price.

All the IWEMA enterprise boat LPG systems meet the same high quality standards as our car LPG systems.
The safety of the systems meet an even higher standard than the car systems.

In the German newspapers have been several articles about the first boat on LPG in Germany.
This article was in the "Hamburger Morgen Post" on Saturday November 3 2001.
